Overview
The Senior Digital Analyst will play a key role in transforming digital experiences and optimizing paid campaign performance for a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company. This position involves measuring and understanding performance across the entire digital journey, utilizing insights to enhance buyer experiences and drive revenue growth. The analyst will work closely with the digital team, employing AI tools to facilitate data analysis and reporting, while also focusing on the evolving landscape of AI-driven search and content discoverability.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop executive dashboards and KPI frameworks to measure digital performance.
- Analyze buyer journeys to identify friction points and high-intent behaviors.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools for accelerated data analysis and insight generation.
- Audit and enhance tracking and tagging for scalable data collection.
- Design and implement A/B testing programs to validate digital strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate business presence in AI-driven search results and structured content impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
Requirements
- B2B experience is essential, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level dashboards.
- Experience in auditing and improving digital tracking and tagging mechanisms.
- Familiarity with SEO and AI-driven search trends (AEO/LLMO).
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT in analytics work.
- A strategic mindset with strong communication skills for cross-functional influence.
