What You’ll Bring Experience as a software engineer, ideally in fast-paced tech environments. Strong skills in C#, .NET Core, React, AWS/Azure, and database systems (SQL / NoSQL). One or more of Aurora DB, CosmoDB, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering robust, scalable microservice solutions. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. A self-starter attitude — comfortable working independently within a distributed team. What You’ll Be Doing Build, enhance, and deliver new features across the company’s core software platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design scalable, maintainable solutions. Conduct code reviews and champion high-quality engineering practices. Contribute to architectural discussions and help define technical direction. Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the team. Requirements

• Experience as a software engineer in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong skills in C#, .NET Core, React, and AWS/Azure.
• Familiarity with database systems including SQL/NoSQL.
• Experience with one or more of Aurora DB, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable microservice solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Self-starter attitude, comfortable working independently in a distributed team.
