Overview
The Senior FP&A Specialist will contribute to a global fintech organization by enhancing the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, working closely with the FP&A Lead and finance teams. This six-month role focuses on providing strategic financial insights, developing financial models, and supporting performance analysis in a dynamic trading environment encompassing FX, crypto, and brokerage services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and Power BI dashboards to analyze performance trends.
- Review daily P&L and KPIs for accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare monthly flash P&L reports and provide insightful commercial commentary.
- Review segment performance data and support the preparation of management reports for Board meetings.
- Drive continuous improvement across planning, reporting, and data flows to enhance workflow quality.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Financial Services, preferably in the Fintech sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and building Power BI dashboards from scratch.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
