Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with significant experience in developing enterprise-grade web applications to join a dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will interact directly with clients and technical leaders while delivering high-quality software solutions utilizing their expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, and modern frontend frameworks. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications.
- Build and support microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring technologies.
- Develop RESTful APIs and web services for integration with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using ReactJS and related JavaScript technologies.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in software development and enterprise application delivery.
- Proven experience developing web-based applications using ReactJS, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, XML technologies, and JEE technologies (Java 8+, JSF, JPA).
- Expertise in Java Frameworks including Spring Boot and Spring MVC, as well as CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Maven.
- Experience with cloud and DevOps practices, particularly AWS deployment.
- Proficiency in development tools such as IntelliJ IDEA and Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentorship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
