Overview
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month contract with a strong potential for permanent placement. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations for a growing organization, providing strategic support to senior leaders and line managers, and contributing to the organization's people agenda during a dynamic growth phase.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all day-to-day HR operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and line managers.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Drive HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR governance.
- Contribute to culture, engagement, and change initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience at Senior HRBP or HR Manager level.
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent).
- Strong operational HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience within engineering or technical organizations (preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to prioritize effectively.
