Overview

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month contract with a strong potential for permanent placement. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations for a growing organization, providing strategic support to senior leaders and line managers, and contributing to the organization's people agenda during a dynamic growth phase.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all day-to-day HR operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and line managers.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Drive HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR governance.
  • Contribute to culture, engagement, and change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience at Senior HRBP or HR Manager level.
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent).
  • Strong operational HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Experience within engineering or technical organizations (preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to prioritize effectively.
