Overview
As a Senior Microsoft Consultant, you will lead complex, end-to-end engagements utilizing Microsoft Business Applications, specifically Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. This role involves collaborating with enterprise and mid-market clients to transform operational challenges into structured Microsoft solutions while ensuring alignment with their business objectives. You will oversee the architecture and implementation of solutions, delivering strategic advice to enhance client operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured discovery workshops with stakeholders to map processes to Microsoft capabilities.
- Own the end-to-end solution across Microsoft Business Applications engagements, including scope, design, configuration, and delivery.
- Design solution architecture, determining product usage and meeting non-functional requirements.
- Configure Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Central) to support various business operations.
- Build operational Power Apps based on functional designs for user teams.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Applications in functional delivery and technical architecture.
- Proven experience in leading client-facing engagements and shaping project scope.
- Deep technical skills in Dynamics 365, particularly in Finance, Operations, and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in integration engineering with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Azure Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, and SSO configuration.
- Familiarity with establishing ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM apps and integrations in logistics or supply chain environments is desirable.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, or similar are a plus.
