Overview
The Senior Network & Infrastructure Manager plays a pivotal role within the Group IT Operations, primarily focused on supporting and maintaining the organization's infrastructure estate. This position involves providing technical expertise across a variety of platforms, including Cisco and HP technologies, Microsoft Azure, and associated systems, ensuring optimal infrastructure performance and security through collaboration with internal teams and third-party providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level 2nd line support for infrastructure and network incidents across multi-site environments.
- Proactively monitor and optimise infrastructure performance through maintenance activities.
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Collaborate with third-party network providers to support and troubleshoot enterprise networking.
- Contribute technical expertise to infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Manage major incident responses, ensuring effective resolution and communication.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in supporting enterprise networking, including Cisco and HP switches.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and network security environments.
- Experience with ITIL-aligned service management processes.
- Familiarity with VMWARE and SQL Server management.
- Ability to work on-site in West London, with flexible remote work options on Fridays.
