Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior PHP / Laravel Developer to support our team on a 2-month contract. This role will focus on enhancing an existing platform by developing and maintaining applications using Laravel, React, and Livewire. The contractor will collaborate with designers and development teams in a hybrid work environment, contributing to both backend and frontend tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using Laravel.
- Build interactive UI components with React and Livewire.
- Collaborate with designers and backend teams to deliver high-quality code.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as Laravel Cloud or AWS.
- Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile delivery.
- Ensure adherence to modern DevOps practices including CI/CD and version control.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with PHP and Laravel (v10+).
- Proven front-end skills with React and/or Livewire.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Laravel Cloud or AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent understanding of modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control).
- Availability to work 2 days onsite each week.
