Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to enhance supplier performance management in a large and complex supply chain environment. This role will involve collaborating with procurement teams, operational stakeholders, and suppliers to implement best practices in supplier performance and continuous improvement processes. The successful candidate will help drive value creation through effective engagement and performance management across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and evolution of the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework.
- Coordinate supplier performance reviews, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement activities.
- Develop and maintain supplier performance dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI frameworks.
- Improve performance management processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency, transparency, and risk management.
- Drive opportunities for automation and digitalisation within supplier performance and reporting activities.
- Ensure sustainability and compliance are incorporated into supplier performance evaluations.
- Deliver training and guidance to enhance organisational capability.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Supplier Performance Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence.
- Proven background in supplier management and/or project management.
- Experience using digital tools to optimise supply chain performance.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A-Level, BTEC, or equivalent qualification in a related discipline.
