Overview
The Senior Product Designer will lead the design efforts for a modern B2B platform focused on rewards, loyalty, and digital payments. In this fully remote contract position, the designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and design quality while taking ownership of end-to-end product design. This role is ideal for an experienced designer with a background in SaaS, fintech, or complex digital platforms who can deliver polished and intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design of a modern B2B rewards and loyalty platform.
- Design intuitive, high-quality UI across complex platform workflows.
- Improve the overall user experience, usability, and visual design of the product.
- Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into clear design solutions.
- Create polished, modern, and commercially effective product experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product, technology, commercial, and senior stakeholders.
- Define the design direction for the platform and raise the overall design standard.
- Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Requirements
- Strong product design experience across B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, rewards, or complex digital platforms.
- Proven experience designing modern, intuitive UI for SaaS or platform products.
- Strong end-to-end product design skills across discovery, UX, UI, prototyping, and delivery.
- Excellent Figma skills and the ability to produce high-quality, polished design work quickly.
- Strong understanding of platform design, user journeys, workflows, and interaction design.
- Ability to simplify complex products and create intuitive user experiences.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to design for business outcomes as well as user needs.
- Full right to work in the UK, must be based in the UK.
