Overview
The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in a high-growth eCommerce scale-up, focusing on developing the platform strategy and driving product execution as the company undergoes significant transformation and international expansion. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, this position will address complex problems to enhance performance and user experience for millions of consumers.
Responsibilities
- Own platform strategy, roadmap, and execution across a portfolio of digital products.
- Build strong relationships across the business to understand team contributions to commercial outcomes.
- Define leading metrics and enhance visibility of KPIs across teams.
- Identify opportunities related to data, personalization, content, and operational workflows.
- Translate ideas into validated problems, requirements, and measurable business impacts.
- Maintain a well-organized backlog to ensure a steady flow of high-quality work to Engineering.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure effective delivery through strong documentation and communication.
- Champion user experience, ensuring products are scalable and intuitive.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Strong understanding of high-traffic or eCommerce-focused products.
- Outcomes-focused with confidence in taking ownership of delivery.
- Data-driven approach with a test, learn, and optimize mindset.
- Collaborative and influential with cross-functional teams.
