Overview
The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of advanced AI agents designed for enterprise applications, focusing on transforming complex, multi-step workflows into autonomous systems. You will collaborate with AI engineers and researchers in a fast-paced environment, impacting how leading companies utilize AI in their hiring processes. Responsibilities
- Own and deliver high-complexity, decision-reasoning AI agents from inception to production.
- Transform messy, multi-step workflows into reliable agentic systems with established guidelines and human fallback mechanisms.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to ensure the accuracy, safety, and trustworthiness of non-deterministic models.
- Define reusable agent patterns and standards for tool-calling to be utilized by other product teams.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers and researchers, and validate your solutions through direct engagement with enterprise customers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in deploying LLM-powered products or agents with multi-step reasoning and conditional logic.
- Strong focus on evaluation and quality, including experience with evaluation metrics, context management, and confidence thresholds.
- Proven ability to lead product development from ideation to execution, turning complex challenges into functional systems.
- Technical proficiency to engage in discussions around prompt architecture, tool usage, and model choice with engineering peers.
