Overview
This 6-month interim contract for a Senior Product Manager offers an exciting opportunity to lead the product function of a dynamic B2B SaaS business during a pivotal period of change. The successful candidate will integrate commercial priorities, technical delivery, and partner collaboration to enhance the product roadmap while working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the overall product roadmap, aligning customer needs with commercial priorities and technical delivery.
- Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, commercial opportunity, and delivery effort.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to inform product decisions.
- Support integration-led and partner-led product initiatives.
- Assist commercial teams in developing pricing strategies, business cases, and go-to-market plans.
- Introduce stronger product management processes and governance frameworks.
- Provide leadership with clear visibility of roadmap priorities, trade-offs, progress, and investment decisions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in leading B2B software products through growth or complexity transitions.
- Proven ability to own product strategy across multiple workstreams.
- Experience working with large enterprise technology partners and strategic integrations.
- Strong collaboration with engineering teams while maintaining a commercial focus.
- Ability to develop roadmaps balancing customer demand and long-term business objectives.
