The Senior Product Owner for CRM will take on a pivotal role in leading a key CRM project, collaborating closely with cross-departmental teams. This hybrid position requires the individual to be onsite three days a week, ensuring alignment between business, technology, data, and vendor teams while prioritizing and managing the project backlog effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior business product owner for the CRM project, managing priorities and requirements.
  • Co-lead the cross-departmental CRM squad to ensure all teams are aligned on scope and milestones.
  • Make informed trade-off decisions regarding project requirements and backlog items.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project updates.
  • Monitor risks associated with the CRM project and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support the development and enhancement of CRM initiatives, particularly with Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, particularly in CRM initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and understanding of its applications in business contexts.
  • Strong communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, agile team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions in complex situations.
