Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee the delivery of major digital transformation initiatives for a leading utilities organization. This critical role involves leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of ERP and digital platform projects, while managing senior stakeholder expectations and program governance in a complex environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital products.
- Manage programme governance, planning, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, and Engineering.
- Drive Digital Platform and ERP workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide clear reporting and manage stakeholder relationships at senior leadership levels.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers to maintain momentum across workstreams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Programme Delivery Manager in the utilities sector.
- Demonstrated success delivering Digital Platform and ERP transformation programmes.
- Experience managing large-scale digital initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong skills in programme governance, risk management, and leadership.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced transformation environments.
