Overview
The Senior Programme Manager will lead the REACH Compliance Programme, focusing on establishing effective governance and reporting structures. This role involves managing multiple workstreams to ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining business continuity. The successful candidate will collaborate with regulators and senior leadership to achieve programme objectives and will have the opportunity to influence the direction of compliance initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the REACH Compliance Programme to ensure successful delivery.
- Establish governance frameworks, milestones, and reporting systems.
- Oversee four workstreams: Materials Compliance, Business Continuity, Regulations, and Transformation.
- Drive regulatory compliance efforts while ensuring business continuity.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and budgets effectively.
- Engage and communicate progress with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with regulators to facilitate compliance and programme objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior programme management within regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programmes in sectors such as engineering, aerospace, or energy.
- Strong skills in governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in recovering and managing delayed programmes.
- Knowledge of business continuity and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, particularly at the executive level.
- Familiarity with REACH compliance is highly desirable.
