Overview
The Senior Project Manager (Real Estate & Workplace) role involves leading major workplace transformation projects across the EMEA region for a rapidly growing technology company. The contractor will manage high-value projects from inception to handover, working closely with architects, consultants, and senior business leaders to enhance workplace environments for thousands of employees. This position requires regular collaboration and oversight of project lifecycles, budget management, and cross-functional team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large corporate office fit-out and workplace projects across different countries in the EMEA region.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from concept through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee governance, budget management, procurement, risk mitigation, and reporting for multiple simultaneous projects.
- Coordinate with teams across Workplace, IT, AV, Security, and Facilities to create exceptional office environments.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and external delivery partners to ensure alignment and meet project objectives.
- Forecast and manage financial aspects, including CAPEX ownership for capital projects.
- Conduct regular project updates and reporting to senior management.
Requirements
- Significant experience in managing large corporate office fit-out, relocation, and workplace projects.
- Proven background in handling multiple capital projects across different countries within EMEA.
- Strong commercial and financial management capabilities, including experience with CAPEX forecasting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise with senior leadership.
- Experience working within a global corporate occupier, real estate consultancy, or project management consultancy.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
