Overview
We are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation programme for a major retailer. In this role, you will engage with senior stakeholders, manage third-party implementation partners, and steer the project toward a successful go-live, ensuring strong collaboration across business and technology teams. You will work on-site three days a week and remotely for two days, with travel expenses fully covered.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of a significant D365 F&O workstream within a larger transformation programme.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with business stakeholders.
- Manage and influence third-party implementation partners and suppliers for successful outcomes.
- Drive programme governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Ensure momentum and focus among business and technology teams as the programme progresses.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations programmes.
- Experience leading ongoing transformation programmes successfully.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and business engagement.
- Experience managing systems integrators and third-party delivery partners.
- Background in retail or large-scale business transformation programmes is advantageous.
