Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a dynamic financial consulting project, ensuring its delivery meets quality, schedule, and budgetary requirements. Responsibilities
- Manage project delivery to ensure quality, schedule, and budget requirements are met.
- Tailor and manage processes to align with Agile delivery and team circumstances.
- Collaborate with clients to control and document project scope and maintain delivery plans.
- Provide accurate updates on milestones and progress against plan metrics.
- Actively identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain a product roadmap, balancing requirements from various stakeholders.
- Coordinate with teams to oversee the production of technical documentation and marketing materials.
- Empower team members through servant leadership and collaborative decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex projects in a financial technology setting.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and their application.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing requirements.
- Experience in risk management and project reporting to client stakeholders.
- Knowledge of software development concepts including programming, testing, and UX principles.
- Familiarity with tools used for project tracking and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations.
