The Senior Project Manager will serve as an interim Project Lead for a critical operational efficiency program, bringing immediate structure and accountability to a multi-workstream environment. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders to coordinate activities across technology, data, engagement, and governance workstreams. The successful candidate will leverage their experience in SME or mid-sized organizations to address challenges and drive progress on IT and digital projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery across a multi-workstream operational efficiency programme.
  • Create clear plans, actions, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
  • Coordinate activity across technology, data, engagement, and governance workstreams.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Challenge blockers, risks, and delivery quality when necessary.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and accountability for tasks.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in project or delivery leadership.
  • Proven track record of operational efficiency or business change.
  • Exposure to technology-enabled change and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
  • Experience with governance, RAID, reporting, and action tracking.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous or complex environments.
  • Experience in SME or mid-sized business settings is highly advantageous.
