Overview
The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in leading projects within the Nuclear and Regulated sectors, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. This hybrid position requires a strong background in engineering or construction, coupled with excellent client-facing skills. The contractor will preferably begin within the next four weeks and have the opportunity for outside IR35 contracting or full-time fixed-term employment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects within the Nuclear/Regulated sectors.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Utilize knowledge of NEC contracts to guide project execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate project progress.
- Attend the South Yorkshire office 2-3 days a week while managing remote work engagements.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions and communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Lead, or Project Director.
- Background in the Nuclear or Defence sector, preferably within engineering or construction.
- Understanding of NEC contract types and their application in projects.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Willingness to work in the South Yorkshire office 2-3 days a week.
