Overview
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager specializing in Post-Merger Integration (PMI) within the IT and Cloud sector to oversee critical integration and change programs following recent acquisitions. This role demands a proactive leader who can translate acquisition strategies into operational execution, coordinating across various functions and ensuring successful harmonization of processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale change initiatives, particularly in technology-focused environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end post-merger integration program.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive integration roadmap.
- Coordinate and manage complex workstreams across IT, Finance, HR, and Commercial functions.
- Ensure successful delivery of platform and process harmonisation to achieve critical synergy targets.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders across leadership and newly acquired entities.
- Drive the execution of integration activities in a hands-on manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Post-Merger Integration or complex large-scale change programs.
- Strong background in project management within technology or digital services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technology platforms (e.g., Azure, M365, Dynamics).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate across multiple functions and stakeholders.
