Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead a critical client engagement, focusing on effective service delivery and project management in an Agile environment. The role entails collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the structured delivery of a multi-stream programme, managing live deployments and incidents while adhering to public sector governance standards. This position requires hands-on experience in security-critical settings with active SC Clearance and emphasizes effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a multi-stream programme with structured planning and prioritization.
- Manage Agile ceremonies and delivery routines using Azure DevOps for backlog management and reporting.
- Collaborate with Architects and engineering teams to understand risks and implement fixes.
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams to schedule and deliver remediation activities.
- Oversee workstreams related to vulnerability management and incident response.
- Ensure compliance with change management processes and prepare change requests.
- Monitor SLAs and manage escalations to guarantee service quality.
- Provide clear reporting to stakeholders on remediation progress and risks.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Service Delivery Manager in Agile environments.
- Strong background in delivering security and infrastructure remediation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for delivery management.
- Proven experience in the public sector with understanding of governance and reporting standards.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret vulnerability data and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Active SC Clearance and British Citizenship are mandatory.
