We are seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to join a global client in the hospitality sector for a three-month contract. This role focuses on ensuring the effective delivery of IT services within the organization, collaborating closely with various managed service providers, and enhancing supplier relationships to monitor and maintain service quality. The successful candidate will leverage their industry experience to drive performance and compliance across IT service delivery processes.

Responsibilities
