Overview
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to contribute to a global service transformation programme for an initial six-month period. This is a hands-on technical role focused on significant enterprise-scale projects, where you will collaborate with team members to enhance ServiceNow functionalities and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple streams of the programme.
- Support global ServiceNow rollouts and enhancements to the Employee Center Portal.
- Optimise and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Utilise advanced Development tools such as Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Integrate with REST APIs and conduct JavaScript scripting for system improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a global transformation environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Senior ServiceNow Developer in enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong hands-on skills in Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, JavaScript scripting, and REST APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or CIS-ITSM.
- Ability to work independently within a largely remote team.
- Proven experience working in global transformation environments.
