Overview

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to contribute to a global service transformation programme for an initial six-month period. This is a hands-on technical role focused on significant enterprise-scale projects, where you will collaborate with team members to enhance ServiceNow functionalities and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple streams of the programme.
  • Support global ServiceNow rollouts and enhancements to the Employee Center Portal.
  • Optimise and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Utilise advanced Development tools such as Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Integrate with REST APIs and conduct JavaScript scripting for system improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a global transformation environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a Senior ServiceNow Developer in enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, JavaScript scripting, and REST APIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or CIS-ITSM.
  • Ability to work independently within a largely remote team.
  • Proven experience working in global transformation environments.
