Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the brand's presence across all major social platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
  • Create and deliver compelling, story-driven content that showcases the brand's culture and cafés.
  • Oversee freelance videographers, providing clear creative direction and feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to execute an engaging social calendar.
  • Manage community engagement alongside Guest Services, responding to feedback and handling escalations.
  • Capture and produce authentic social-first content using an agile approach.
  • Monitor social performance and audience insights to inform strategy and optimize content.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of social media management experience for food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to build brand engagement and drive community growth.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a creative mindset.
  • Experience managing agencies or freelancers effectively.
  • Proficiency in social analytics tools with an analytical mindset.
  • Passion for food, drink, and culture; knowledge of South Asian influences is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, non-corporate environment.
