Overview
The Senior AI Engineer / AI Tech Lead will focus on implementing AI-native engineering practices within consultancy projects for enterprise clients. Collaborating closely with engineering teams, the contractor will roll out Claude Code and develop custom AI workflows to enhance software delivery processes. This position requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience with AI tooling.
Responsibilities
- Roll out Claude Code across engineering organizations and delivery teams.
- Build custom agents and AI-powered workflows to improve software delivery.
- Embed alongside engineering teams to drive adoption and best practice.
- Accelerate technical design, code review, testing, and SDLC processes.
Requirements
- Strong Software Engineering background.
- Excellent Python experience.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Anthropic, Bedrock or similar AI tooling.
- Experience building agentic workflows, developer tooling, or AI-powered engineering solutions.
- Comfortable working directly with engineering teams and stakeholders.
