Overview
The Senior Software Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing and building a modern cloud-native SaaS platform tailored for the education sector. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable backend solutions using TypeScript and Node.js.
- Design and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration with modern frameworks.
- Manage and optimize databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Participate in an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
- Proven commercial experience with TypeScript and Node.js in backend development.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, preferably React.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Proficient in working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and automated testing frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures.
