Overview
We are seeking two Senior Software Engineers with full stack development capabilities to join our team as we undertake an Azure rebuild project for a client in the energy sector. In this role, you will work collaboratively across the stack, providing essential support during sprint ceremonies and code reviews while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver user stories and technical tickets across the stack, from refinement to deployment, ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria.
- Produce well-tested, documented code via pull requests, incorporating feedback from code reviews and adhering to engineering standards.
- Diagnose and resolve bugs in the system, including analysis and implementation of fixes.
- Support the wider development team by participating in sprint ceremonies and code reviews, and responding to feedback within core hours.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python.
- Experience with Azure SQL and Terraform.
- Comfortable working across the full stack, from data layer to delivery.
- Prior experience in data engineering is a plus.
- Familiarity with Polars, Temporal, React, and TypeScript is desirable.
