Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in a major technology transformation program focused on modernizing customer-facing and back-office platforms through the adoption of AI technologies. You will work in a collaborative environment with experienced engineering teams, contributing to the design and implementation of cloud-native architectures and integrating advanced AI capabilities across the business. This role offers the opportunity to reshape customer interactions while enhancing the engineering practices and platform reliability of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Modernize customer-facing and internal business platforms.
- Migrate enterprise middleware from on-premise environments to Azure.
- Design and build modern C#/.NET APIs and microservices.
- Implement AI capabilities using tools such as Claude and other LLM technologies.
- Build AI agents to automate administrative processes and enhance contact center efficiency.
- Integrate modern cloud services with existing enterprise platforms.
- Support the implementation of cloud data capabilities with Snowflake.
- Collaborate with architects and product teams to shape the future technical landscape.
Requirements
- Proven experience in C# / .NET (Core/.NET 6+).
- Strong expertise in Azure cloud services.
- Familiarity with React for front-end development.
- Experience in enterprise integration and middleware (Tibco preferred).
- Knowledge of API-first architecture and cloud migration.
- Hands-on experience with AI engineering or commercial use of LLMs (Claude, Azure AI, OpenAI, etc.).
- Understanding of event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs and high-availability enterprise systems is preferred.
