Overview
We are seeking a Senior SRE / Cloud Platform Engineer with expertise in Dynatrace and Payments platforms to join an AI-Native Tech consultancy. This fully remote position involves supporting a digital transformation project for a client in the payments industry, with a contract duration of three months and a strong likelihood of extension. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform observability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Implement repeatable processes for cost-efficient Dynatrace data ingestion and platform optimisation.
- Develop reusable Dynatrace templates and dashboards for standardised monitoring.
- Drive Dynatrace adoption as the primary diagnostic tool, increasing observability maturity.
- Automate the creation of access packages and manage changes like new teams and eligibility updates.
- Build a repeatable, end-to-end process for provisioning new environments from scratch.
- Execute CSP to EA Azure migration with a proven, repeatable flow application across all customer staff.
- Mandate Terraform-managed infrastructure for all new and migrated resources.
- Utilise AI-enabled processes and tools to ensure best practices and efficient workflows.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Azure and Dynatrace.
- Experience with observability and Payments platforms, ideally PayPoint.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and GitHub.
- Expertise in Terraform and Kubernetes, particularly AKS cluster management.
- Demonstrated ability in automation and process optimisation.
- Capable of delivering effective Azure migration strategies.
- Experience in developing monitoring solutions using Dynatrace.
