Overview
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in a major transformation programme within the insurance market, focusing on designing and implementing robust software Target Operating Models (TOMs). Working remotely, this experienced contractual position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and repeatable solutions that align with business requirements. Responsibilities
- Define and design the software Target Operating Model for client implementations.
- Develop onboarding models, operational documentation, delivery processes, and training frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure practical implementation of technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical delivery models.
- Produce high-quality solution designs, process flows, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to drive understanding and engagement.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across technical and business audiences.
- Support the transition of product designs into live customer deployments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and implementing software Target Operating Models (TOMs).
- Strong Business Systems Analysis background within complex software delivery environments.
- Technical understanding of system integrations, APIs, JSON, and data mapping.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical delivery models.
- Ability to produce high-quality solution designs and user stories.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with both technical and business audiences.
- Experience in moving products from design to live customer deployment.
