Overview
The Senior Talent & Delivery Director will play a pivotal role in transforming the talent strategy of a dynamic digital marketing agency, directly collaborating with senior leadership. This interim position will involve crafting scalable recruitment processes while fostering organizational development, aimed at supporting the company's growth across Europe and the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an international recruitment strategy aligned with the business growth plans.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Build talent pipelines for specialist, leadership, and business-critical roles.
- Assess organizational structure and recommend improvements to support future growth.
- Review, implement, and optimize the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Lead high-impact people and transformation projects from concept through to delivery.
- Utilize market intelligence to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Partner with Directors to provide strategic people advice and practical solutions.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy, or Organisational Development within international organizations.
- Demonstrable success designing and delivering recruitment strategies in rapidly scaling businesses.
- Strong experience in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Proven experience implementing and managing ATS platforms.
- Experience delivering recruitment transformation projects with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing recruitment MI and dashboards.
- Track record of delivering results quickly within interim or transformation environments.
