Overview
The role of the Service Consultant focuses on supporting the design, transition, and operational readiness of complex managed service solutions within a secure environment. The selected candidate will collaborate with architects, project teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure effective service implementation and transition. This position requires an active NPPV3 clearance and involves working primarily on ServiceNow CSM configurations.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement Service Operating Models.
- Support service transition, acceptance testing, and operational readiness activities.
- Develop support models, processes, governance, and documentation.
- Configure and administer ServiceNow CSM, including Service Catalogue and workflows.
- Deliver operational training and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with architects, project teams, and operational stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Service Design, Service Transition, and Operational Readiness.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM configuration and administration.
- Experience in managed services environments, including WAN, LAN, and WLAN services.
- Knowledge of service acceptance testing and service handover processes.
- Ability to create operational documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Active NPPV3 clearance is essential.
