Overview
The Service Manager will oversee the delivery of digital portfolio projects for a public sector organisation, working collaboratively in a hybrid environment. - Remove obstacles that impede project progress, developing strategies to navigate complex situations.
- Support delivery confidence by monitoring project timelines against objectives and strategies.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to maintain momentum and facilitate the resolution of cross-departmental issues.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large-scale digital portfolios in complex organisations.
- Proven track record of aligning digital strategies with organisational objectives and priorities.
- Established ability to develop and implement portfolio frameworks effectively.
- Experience working in both Agile and waterfall methodologies with strategic thinking capability.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using various data analysis tools and techniques.
