Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in the recovery and optimisation of a ServiceNow implementation. This fully remote position will involve collaborating with stakeholders to assess existing configurations, identify gaps, and implement improvements to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in ServiceNow FSM and Asset Management to drive the project towards completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current configurations within ServiceNow and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Drive project recovery efforts to stabilize and optimize the implementation.
  • Manage communications effectively among team members and stakeholders.
  • Document processes and changes made to configurations for future reference.
  • Implement best practices in line with ITIL and Agile methodologies to enhance delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow FSM and Asset Management.
  • Proven track record in implementation recovery or optimisation projects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • ServiceNow certifications, particularly CIS - FSM, are desirable.
