The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant will play a key role in supporting the design and optimization of workflows within a leading financial institution undergoing digital transformation. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to assess current business processes and implementing scalable solutions in ServiceNow. The consultant will work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure processes meet compliance standards and align with best practices in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and document end-to-end business processes aligned with ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate process designs into platform configurations.
  • Drive process improvements and automation across IT and business functions.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  • Support UAT and change management activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant within ServiceNow projects.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, GRC, IRM.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
