Overview
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Specialist with expertise in ServiceNow to support the delivery and optimization of the ServiceNow platform within a leading biotechnology organization. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party partners to improve service delivery and enhance automation across enterprise systems. Your contributions will play a vital role in implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions, driving operational efficiency, and promoting best practices within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of ServiceNow initiatives and platform enhancements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive ServiceNow integrations across enterprise systems.
- Improve service management processes through automation and workflow optimisation.
- Support the rollout of new features, enhancements and platform capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
- Promote ServiceNow governance, best practice and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- ServiceNow platform delivery and implementation experience.
- Proven track record in delivering IT or digital projects in enterprise environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and service management processes.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and IT Service Management practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
- Experience in process improvement, automation, and workflow optimisation.
- Ability to manage end-to-end project delivery from requirements through to implementation.
- Experience working alongside third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
