Overview
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will engage in enhancing the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) workflows for a major project that aims to transform critical infrastructure. Working collaboratively with industry experts in a hybrid role, you will be responsible for aligning incident management processes with industry standards while ensuring robust integration with cybersecurity tools. This role is essential in supporting a long-term mission that impacts future generations.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow Security Incident Response workflows including incident triage and case lifecycle management.
- Configure and customize the SIR platform to meet operational requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow SIR with SIEM/SOC tools and enhance existing functionalities.
- Develop guided response actions and documentation to standardize incident handling.
- Produce compliance-focused reporting and workflow analytics.
- Support the transition of SIR capabilities into Business-as-Usual operations.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams.
Requirements
- Active SC Clearance or willingness to undergo security checks.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response modules.
- Understanding of incident response lifecycles and Cyber Security operations.
- Proven stakeholder management and engagement abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Security technologies is desirable.
