Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a specialization in HRSD for a 6-month contract position. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering ServiceNow HRSD solutions within a complex public sector environment while collaborating closely with various stakeholders. This role involves both technical delivery and project leadership, requiring minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of the ServiceNow HRSD project.
- Collaborate with the Architect and Project Manager to shape project requirements.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Deliver high-quality HRSD solutions that meet client expectations and standards.
- Support the wider delivery team in achieving project objectives.
- Travel to London for client meetings and project updates as required.
- Manage project documentation and reporting to track progress.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant.
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HRSD implementation.
- Experience working in large, complex environments, particularly in the public sector.
- ServiceNow CSA certification.
- ServiceNow CIS - HRSD certification.
- Strong customer-facing skills with stakeholder management experience.
- Must be UK-based and able to travel to London.
- Willingness to undergo BPSS checks as required.
