Overview
The ServiceNow Developer will play a crucial role in enhancing the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response capabilities within a significant cyber security programme. This position primarily operates in a remote setting with occasional workshops in London, collaborating closely with security, infrastructure, and platform teams to streamline vulnerability management processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow Vulnerability Response capabilities.
- Build integrations with security tooling and automate remediation workflows.
- Configure scripts, flows, dashboards, and reporting within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and platform teams to enhance vulnerability management processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
- Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience integrating security tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender, or CrowdStrike.
- Good understanding of vulnerability management and CMDB concepts.
