Overview
The ServiceNow Functional Consultant will play a critical role in leveraging ServiceNow's IRM module and contribute to the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes for various stakeholders. Collaborating closely with business leaders, the consultant will prioritize requirements and facilitate the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria, while also supporting the testing phase by developing relevant test scripts. This position requires a solid understanding of industry best practices and frameworks related to risk and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Utilize ServiceNow IRM module to enhance governance, risk, and compliance processes.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.
- Define user stories along with acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Work with the testing team to develop and finalize test scripts.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Keep abreast of updates and changes to GRC processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant with a focus on IRM.
- ServiceNow certification in Risk & Compliance.
- Strong understanding of GRC best practices and frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS).
- Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders.
- Experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with test script development and testing methodologies.
