Overview
The ServiceNow PSR Catalog Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing catalog structures within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on product, service, and resource catalogs. They will collaborate closely with product, OSS, BSS, and order management teams to support telecom order processing and integration efforts, while also leading architecture workshops with client stakeholders. The architect will guide developers and define governance processes to enhance catalog management and lifecycle within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design product, service, and resource catalog structures in ServiceNow.
- Define product-to-service and service-to-resource mappings.
- Support telecom order decomposition and fulfillment workflows.
- Lead architecture and design workshops with client stakeholders.
- Guide ServiceNow developers and review solution designs.
- Define catalog governance, standards, and lifecycle processes.
- Support integration with CRM, billing, provisioning, inventory, and network systems.
- Design reusable product, service, and resource specifications.
Requirements
- Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow PSR Catalog or telecom product catalog.
- Experience with ServiceNow Sales and Order Management for Telecom.
- Good understanding of telecom products, services, and network resources.
- Experience with order decomposition and fulfillment.
- Knowledge of TM Forum standards and APIs.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with telecom OSS/BSS platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
