Overview
The ServiceNow PSR Catalog Architect will be responsible for designing the product, service, and resource catalog structures within ServiceNow. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including product, OSS, BSS, and network management, to establish effective mappings and support order fulfillment workflows. The architect will also lead workshops, define governance processes, and guide the development team in implementing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design product, service, and resource catalog structures in ServiceNow.
- Define product-to-service and service-to-resource mappings.
- Support telecom order decomposition and fulfillment workflows.
- Create reusable product, service, and resource specifications.
- Lead architecture and design workshops with client stakeholders.
- Define catalog governance, standards, and lifecycle processes.
- Guide ServiceNow developers and review solution designs.
- Support integration with CRM, billing, provisioning, inventory, and network systems.
Requirements
- Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow PSR Catalog or telecom product catalog.
- Experience with ServiceNow Sales and Order Management for Telecom.
- Good understanding of telecom products, services, and network resources.
- Experience with order decomposition and fulfillment.
- Knowledge of TM Forum standards and APIs.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with telecom OSS/BSS platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
