Overview
The ServiceNow Specialist will play a vital role in transforming IT and business service delivery by streamlining workflows and driving operational excellence. Working remotely, the contractor will join a dynamic team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow modules. This position emphasizes technical leadership and mentorship while ensuring platform stability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers or admins.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
