Overview
The ServiceNow Technical Consultant will play a critical role in leading the delivery of a new HRSD project for a public sector organization. The contractor will work closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure successful implementation, providing both technical expertise and project leadership. This contract position offers flexibility, with the majority of work conducted remotely and occasional travel required to the client site in London.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidance.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of HRSD projects within a complex public sector environment.
- Interact with the project team to maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and effective solution deployment.
- Provide support to the Architect and Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct necessary training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Manage and document project progress and milestones.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a focus on HRSD.
- Hands-on experience in implementing HRSD solutions within large, complex organizations.
- ServiceNow CSA certification and ServiceNow CIS - HRSD certification.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in public sector projects is preferred.
- UK-based with the ability to travel to London as required.
- Willingness to undergo BPSS checks.
