Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable ServiceNow Functional Trainer to support a global training initiative for a media organization. The successful candidate will work remotely to design and deliver educational programs for IT teams and business users on ServiceNow ITSM processes and the Employee Center portal. This role will focus on developing high-quality learning materials and facilitating virtual training sessions worldwide while promoting user adoption of the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design a structured training approach tailored to various user groups and skill levels.
  • Create engaging learning content including virtual training, e-learning, quick reference guides, and documentation.
  • Deliver training sessions globally, adapting content with local teams as needed.
  • Select appropriate learning methods based on the scope of change for each audience.
  • Facilitate ongoing user adoption through refresher sessions, communications, and Q&A forums.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to improve training delivery and materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering functional training specifically on ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow Employee Center (ESC).
  • Ability to create tailored training content for diverse user skill levels.
  • Familiarity with modern learning tools and technologies.
  • Experience delivering training across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
