Overview
The Share Plans & Equity Consultant will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Ledgy, focusing on the automation and improvement of equity management processes. Working closely with Finance, HR, and Legal teams, the consultant will drive efficient administration of share plans and enhance workflows. This is a 3-month contract role aimed at ensuring successful rollout and adoption of the new system.
Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and configuration of Ledgy for equity management.
- Automate manual processes related to share plans and employee equity records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align data, reporting, and compliance needs.
- Review and enhance existing share plan workflows and documentation.
- Provide user training and ensure successful system adoption across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in share plans, equity administration, or cap table management.
- Hands-on experience with Ledgy or similar platforms such as Carta, Global Shares, or Shareworks.
- Strong understanding of equity process automation and system integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Available for an immediate start or short notice.
