Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Administrator to support project activities in Orkney. In this onsite role, you will collaborate with project teams to maintain organization and efficiency, ensuring that project tasks run smoothly while gaining valuable hands-on experience and mentorship. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced project environment within a structured training program.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project tracking tools, including task progress and variance analysis.
- Coordinate resource and equipment schedules.
- Support maintenance of the project risk register with the Site Manager.
- Track project changes, delays, and updates accurately.
- Assist with timesheet preparation and data entry.
- Monitor purchase orders and support invoice approvals.
- Manage document control, including drawings and logs.
- Take accurate and concise meeting minutes and keep documentation organized.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Exposure to SAP is advantageous, but not essential.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn within a project environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
