Overview
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Site Project Manager to oversee the final stages of multiple process and plant projects, specifically focusing on plant readiness and support for commissioning activities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the project team, ensuring that projects are completed to a high standard and systems are ready for client handover. This role requires a qualified engineer with a strong onsite presence and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the final stages of multiple process and plant projects.
- Support commissioning activities to ensure plant readiness.
- Identify and eliminate onsite issues proactively.
- Ensure all systems are operational and ready for client handover.
- Take ownership of project progress and quality on-site.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and standards.
Requirements
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is essential.
- Minimum 3-4 years' relevant site-based experience.
- Strong practical understanding of plant systems and commissioning.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership on-site.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Locally based, within 1 hour of site.
